- Power wash walkways and sidings
- Decorate with fresh greenery and plant pots
- Wash front windows, doors, and driveway

2. Clean Your House Inside Out
This one is obvious, but you need to ensure that your house is thoroughly cleaned and looks spotless. Take extra steps to make each corner of the house sparkle. Cleaning doesn’t require an extensive budget, so the more effort you put in, the nicer and cozier your home will look.
3. Get Rid of the Clutter
Don’t expect a potential buyer to seal the deal for your house if you do little to declutter and stage its interior. Getting rid of clutter is sometimes more important than adding decorative pieces. The clutter makes the space look small, unorganized, and unattractive.
