Now, start plunging and push and pull motion for at least 35 – 40 seconds. If the water starts flowing down that means you’re halfway there. Just pour some water and plunge for some more time.   • Hot Water Can Heal the Problem: In most of the cases, the drains are blocked because of grease buildup which causes the partially blocked drain. In that case, all you need is a bowl of hot water. Hot water can melt the grease which would help in unblocking the drain, but if you have plastic pipe, then this procedure may be risky for you. In such a case, avoid using this procedure.
  • See the Magic of Baking Soda and Vinegar: You cannot even imagine what kind of wonder baking soda and vinegar can do to your blocked drain, if they are mixed. Mix baking soda with some vinegar and pour the mixture into your sink. Now, let the mixture be in your sink overnight and next morning see the magic by flushing it out with some hot water. You can make it a habit of using this mixture in your drains so that you will never have to face the problem of blocked drains. This doesn’t only make the drains unblocked and clean, but also make the area smell good.
